Good weather for the time of year, as this photo of us shows, backed by a cliff of steeply dipping Crease Limestone (now called Gully Oolite) near the top of Little Doward hill near Monmouth. Participants were Tristan Blanchard (Monmouth Walkers are Welcome), Rachel Dixon (Brecon Beacons National Park Association), Helen Kenneally and Hillary Phillips (Chepstow Walkers are Welcome).
