The Lawrences were staying at Little Ceste between Glascwm and Colva. Mike and I had a morning ride around a clockwise circuit: south to Glasnant, then west along the byway to Pentre (where this photograph was taken after a boneshaking rapid descent) and then northwest to Cregrina before turning east to return to Little Ceste via Glascwm.
